- Secure a site and caterer for the event
- Manage silent auction items, tin can raffle items, and bingo
- Coordinate on-site set up
- Manage raffle prizes, tickets, and raffle system
- Coordinate the order of events and emcee(s)
- Work with the chapter secretary and board members for publicity
- Help sell tickets and sponsorships
